Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying areas for improvement within our organization, developing solutions, and driving positive change. You will work closely with stakeholders across all departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and implement solutions that optimize our business processes and achieve our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
• Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement in processes, systems, and workflows.
• Develop and document business requirements, including user stories, use cases, and system specifications.
• Create and maintain data models and flowcharts to document processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate proposed solutions.
• Recommend and implement solutions to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) (a plus).

Salary

The starting pay rate will be $32.5 to $35 per hour with an increment of 10% after completion of six months & 1000 professional working hours

Applicants having valid work permits to work in the US will be considered

Note: Candidates on H1B visa & looking for C2C will NOT be considered

Applicants comfortable with working on W2 must apply

Applicants having a gap in their career due to some family emergency or personal reasons but are now ready to kick start their career will also be considered.

Training will be conducted for the duration of one month to provide learning/brush up on tools, technologies, and methodologies that they will be using while working.

Interview preparation will be given before submitting the profile for interview.
